If our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. If we cannot find a solution to resolve the issue occurred, we do not take any responsibility for this.
Pricing and Payments
Payment for all orders shall be made by credit card/debit card, Credit card/debit card payment on delivery and Cash payment on delivery, depends on delivery method. Tops reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel any payment method. Customers are subject to check such details at the time of use.
The prices shown on this website at the time of ordering are guide prices. The prices you will be charged for products will be the actual price displayed in the store on the day that you have confirmed an order, including any promotional offers if applicable. By completing the process of check out, you accept that price of products may, therefore increase or decrease between the day of order confirmation and the day of delivery.
The payment will cover the cost of all products ordered and any alternative substituted goods at the in-store selling price prevailing that day, as well as the delivery and service fees.
Delivery areas
At present, Tops delivers to most areas in Thailand, except certain areas. You may also Contact Us as well as visiting Delivery Area to check on our delivery coverage. Orders
All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected products set out in your order upon these Terms of Use. All orders shall be subjected to acceptance by Tops. Processing of payment for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order by Tops, provided that where an order for any goods is rejected or cancelled by Tops, any payment made for such order shall be reversed or refunded by Tops in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time.
Orders
All orders made by you are subject to stock availability. Tops reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoiled, or unavailable for any other reason.
This website will service non-commercial orders or order for household-use only. Therefore the company reserves the right to refuse orders in bulk or assumed commercial. You will be limited to buy at maximum 24 pieces per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) or item. Regardless, the limitation of each SKU will be depended upon promotional campaigns or at appropriate.
The company, therefore, reserves the right to amending the number of quantity ordered or to change the delivery option where the company finds appropriate and where the company will be able to serve maximum number of customers.
We may limit and/or cancel your orders if we have found any suspicious behavior at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to limit 10 packs of alcoholic beverages and water per order.
Cancelling of home delivery orders must be done within 24 hours before delivery.
Cancelling of Click & Collect orders must be done within 48 hours before delivery.
The 1 point Terms and Conditions
Returns
We hope that you are satisfied with the products you have ordered and we work hard to ensure that every order leaves our delivery center are correct and perfectly packed. When you receive your order, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt. If a faulty should be found, please notify us immediately, and our customer service team will work quickly and efficiently to ensure it is rectified with as little inconvenience to you as possible. If you change your mind, returns only accepted if it is unopened and in its original packaging and unused conditions. Tops will only accept the returned products in the same condition as we sent. You are responsible for any returning costs at Central Food Retail stores. In the event of faulty, damaged or products not up to advertised quality, please bring the merchandise along with the receipt to our customer service counter within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Wrong item received
Please accept our apologies if you have received the wrong item. Mistakes might occasionally be made. When receive your order, please check the products our staff deliver to you with the order detail document as well as the receipt. If an error should occur, please inform our staff immediately, our customer service team will work efficiently to ensure it is resolved with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Missing Orders
We apologies in the event that an order is missing. Please be assured that we will rectify the matter by either issuing a refund or by resending the order, however some rules are applied. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item only within 1 working day from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been completed (dispatched).
Home Delivery
Our staff will make phone call and SMS to notify you before delivery time. However, in the event that our staff cannot contact the order recipient and/or the one who created order, our staff will wait for 15 minutes at the delivery address and attempt to contact you in the meantime. After that, our staff will continue to deliver the next order to prevent other customers from being affected. Therefore, please make sure the phone number you put during checkout is correct. Please note that you do not need to give the phone number of the recipient the same number as your The 1 Card phone pin.
In case you contact our staff later on, we reserve the right to consider the route and estimate the next delivery time which may cause a delay.
If the next delivery time is not at your convenience, you can request to postpone the delivery date and time at Call Center 1467. The delivery charge may occur in this case.

Same Day Delivery service is available to all our delivery area, on when order is made before 13:00 o'clock.

Express Delivery is a fast delivery service within 2 hours by GrabExpress’ motorbikes via Tops online website and application.
You may choose a time slot for Express Delivery service in every hour from 10:00 – 22:00.

The delivery duration will be referred to your checkout/payment time.
For example, if you check out your cart (make a payment) between 9:01 – 10:00, the fastest delivery time you can choose would be between 11:00 – 12:00. However, it also depends on the availability of that particular time slot. From the example above, in case you begin your order between 9:01 – 10:00 but finish the checkout/payment around 10:01 – 11:00, the fastest time slot would be 12:00 – 13:00.
Express Delivery Fees and Service Areas
At the moment Express Delivery service is available only in some areas of Bangkok and Nonthaburi.
The fees for Express Delivery can be varied from 80 – 150 Baht depending on the delivery areas as detailed below.

- Bang Kho Laem district includes every sub-district: Bang Kho Laem, Wat Phraya Krai, Bang Khlo.
- Yan Nawa district includes every sub-district: Chong Nonsi, Bang Phongphang.
- Pom Prap Sattru Phai district includes every sub-district: Pom Prap, Wat Thep Sirin, Khlong Maha Nak, Ban Bat, Wat Sommanat.
- Samphanthawong district includes every sub-district: Samphanthawong, Chakkrawat, Talat Noi.

Samut Prakan
● Express Delivery service areas (80 Baht delivery fee):
- Samut Prakan district includes only Samrong Nuea sub-district.
- Phra Pradaeng district includes only Samrong sub-district.
- Bang Phli district includes only Bang Kaew sub-district.
Products Delivered by Express Delivery Service
Tops reserves the right to not deliver some meat products via Express Delivery service in case the total weight of the order exceeds 20 kilograms. We also reserve the right to change the delivery method and/or the delivery duration.
Payment Methods for Express Delivery
Only credit card online and cash on delivery are accepted for Express Delivery service.
Customer Service for Express Delivery
Tops online is solely responsible for the whole service by which staff and GrabExpress takes on the delivery service. In case you have any enquiries or comments, please contact Tops online at 1467 or LiveChat on the website.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automate confirmation email. A separate confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched out for delivery.
Product Quantity Limits and Delivery Surcharge
Tops online reserves the right to limit the quantity of the following product groups per order; drinking water, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages and pantry. The product quantity limits will be applied by product unit as well as by product group.
In case you wish to place an order for the aforementioned products in an exceeding quantity of the minimum but not over the maximum per order, a delivery surcharge will occur depending on the type of delivery. Please see the table below.
In case you order drinking water (bulk pack) and select an express delivery, you can place an order up to 15 packs maximum. 1-2 packs will be charged for an express delivery of 80 Baht, 120 Baht or 150 Baht depending on the service area and 3-5 packs will include a delivery surcharge of 120 Baht. The total delivery fee is 200 Baht, 240 Baht or 270 Baht respectively and 6-15 packs will include a delivery surcharge of 250 Baht. The total delivery fee is 330 Baht, 370 Baht or 400 Baht respectively

Tops reserves the right for product claims in case the delivery form has already been signed or late notifications.
Click and Collect Service
Click and collect is a service provided for customers to pick up the order at Customer Service. Customers can conveniently shop on the website or application of Tops online and choose to personally collect the order at participating Customer Service points.
You may choose a time slot for Click and Collect service in every hour from 10:00 – 21:00.

The pick-up time will be referred to your checkout/payment time.

Click and Collect service is free of charge and available at some Customer Service points as follows.

You can check out your cart / make a payment via credit card online or by cash when collecting your order at store.
Click and Collect Customer Service
Tops online is solely responsible for the entire service including the ordering process and the order pick-up at Customer Service points. In case you have any enquiries or comments, please contact Tops online at 1467 or LiveChat on the website.
Order Pick-up Notification
In case you prefer to make a payment with credit card or cash when collecting the order, you can present sms with the order number to our staff at the Customer Service point.
If you choose to make a payment via credit card online, you must present your ID card to collect the order. Alternatively, a copy of ID card stating the authorization must be shown in case of collecting the order on behalf of the account’s owner.
Click and Collect No Show
Tops online reserves the right to cancel the order if there is no pickup. We shall also cancel the amount reserved for the order on your credit card limit for any payment via credit card online in order to return that amount to your credit card on the pickup day.
Delivery to Buildings (Office, Hotel, Condo and Apartment)
In term of delivery to residential area such as in office buildings, hotels, residential condos and apartments, we will need to make the delivery at the concierge or the building lobby instead(G fl. Or 1 fl.).
If you would like to have a deliver to your room or your office in the building, customer
must come to meet up our staff at the building lobby area and must be the one giving permission/ leading our staff to enter to the building. We will not allow our delivery staff to enter office buildings, hotels, residential condos and apartments without customer guide or lead our staff.
To comply with laws, building regulations and safety, we do not allow our staffs to enter customers' premises.
Note : In case you prefer our staff deliver your order to the upper floor with no elevator, we reserve the right to make the delivery to the 2nd floor and limit the weight of 20 kg. per order.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to Tops' other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Tops may take such action as Tops deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Assignment
Tops may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with Tops's affiliates under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Applicable Laws
These terms and conditions shall apply, and construed in accordance with Thai law. Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance within the jurisdiction of the Thai courts only.

Orders
All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected products set out in your order upon these Terms of Use. All orders shall be subjected to acceptance by Tops. Processing of payment for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order by Tops, provided that where an order for any goods is rejected or cancelled by Tops, any payment made for such order shall be reversed or refunded by Tops in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time.
All orders made by you are subject to stock availability. Tops reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoiled, or unavailable for any other reason.
This website will service non-commercial orders or order for household-use only. Therefore the company reserves the right to refuse orders in bulk or assumed commercial. You will be limited to buy at maximum 24 pieces per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) or item. Regardless, the limitation of each SKU will be depended upon promotional campaigns or at appropriate.
The company, therefore, reserves the right to amending the number of quantity ordered or to change the delivery option where the company finds appropriate and where the company will be able to serve maximum number of customers.
We may limit and/or cancel your orders if we have found any suspicious behavior at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to limit 10 packs of alcoholic beverages and water per order.
Cancelling of home delivery orders must be done within 24 hours before delivery.
Cancelling of Click & Collect orders must be done within 48 hours before delivery.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automate confirmation email. A separate confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched out for delivery.
Tops online reserves the right to limit the quantity of the following product groups per order; drinking water, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages and pantry. The product quantity limits will be applied by product unit as well as by product group.
In case you wish to place an order for the aforementioned products in an exceeding quantity of the minimum but not over the maximum per order, a delivery surcharge will occur depending on the type of delivery. Please see the table below.
In case you order drinking water (bulk pack) and select an express delivery, you can place an order up to 15 packs maximum. 1-2 packs will be charged for an express delivery of 80 Baht, 120 Baht or 150 Baht depending on the service area and 3-5 packs will include a delivery surcharge of 120 Baht. The total delivery fee is 200 Baht, 240 Baht or 270 Baht respectively and 6-15 packs will include a delivery surcharge of 250 Baht. The total delivery fee is 330 Baht, 370 Baht or 400 Baht respectively

Order Pick-up Notification
In case you prefer to make a payment with credit card or cash when collecting the order, you can present sms with the order number to our staff at the Customer Service point.
If you choose to make a payment via credit card online, you must present your ID card to collect the order. Alternatively, a copy of ID card stating the authorization must be shown in case of collecting the order on behalf of the account’s owner.

Tops online reserves the right to cancel the order if there is no pickup. We shall also cancel the amount reserved for the order on your credit card limit for any payment via credit card online in order to return that amount to your credit card on the pickup day.
In term of delivery to residential area such as in office buildings, hotels, residential condos and apartments, we will need to make the delivery at the concierge or the building lobby instead(G fl. Or 1 fl.).
If you would like to have a deliver to your room or your office in the building, customer
must come to meet up our staff at the building lobby area and must be the one giving permission/ leading our staff to enter to the building. We will not allow our delivery staff to enter office buildings, hotels, residential condos and apartments without customer guide or lead our staff.
To comply with laws, building regulations and safety, we do not allow our staffs to enter customers' premises.
Note : In case you prefer our staff deliver your order to the upper floor with no elevator, we reserve the right to make the delivery to the 2nd floor and limit the weight of 20 kg. per order.
Without prejudice to Tops' other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Tops may take such action as Tops deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
