Recipe : PA-LO THAI
(for 5 servings)
Ingredients : 300 g. chicken middle wings or other meats. 5 boiled eggs, 1 piece bean curd, cut into bite size or 10 pieces fried tofu (optional)
Directions :
1. In a pot, dissolve the contents in this packet with 800 ml. of water (3 1/3 cups). Bring to a boil.
2. Add chicken or other meats. Cook for a few minutes.
3. Add eggs and tofu and simmer for 30 minutes.
